Design Brief:
The shopping mall is a 260,000 m2 large project, located in a new area of Guangzhou City. Architectural design has been finished and the client is now working on the foundation. There will be two separate buildings, on each side of a road. Each building has five stories. We are looking for interior design firm who has experience in shopping mall design in China. If you do not have such experience, then we can recommend you to partner with one of our local business partners in Shanghai to form an international team for this project.
If you signed up membership of this site, then we will always have you to be part of the Amasia Designer Team even though it may not be a good fit for your company. This Amasia Team consists of a few design firms who have been supporting our marketing works through monthly payment, and the best fit local business partner of Amasia, normally design firm too.
As always, if you can not provide an impressive brochure to us, and you are not willing to pay us a monthly fee for our marketing efforts, then do not waste your time to try to get more information out of us. I am sorry to be rude but our time is valuable, we would rather spend time helping the paid members rather than answering your questions unless you can really impress us with your works and China experience.
As always, your brochure needs to be translated. Pls do not send it to us if it is not translated. Sorry again that I sound rude.

No need to contact us if you are not willing to spend time to prepare a proper brochure for this job. And it needs to be translated, period. Thank you for your understanding. If you have published a book, that will do of course. We prefer a .pps or .pdf file of your work presentation with the same nature as this project, please do not send any printed marketing marketing materials to us, this is not the way we do business in China. If you need help with translation of your brochure, check FAQ above for the translation fee.
